For those of you who want to be responsible for the planning yourself, but need professional advice.
AHH Planning offers 2-hour consultations where I contribute to the planning of your event right where you find the need.Every event is unique, which is also reflected in my consulting. The session is tailored to your wishes and needs, whether it is about establishing structure in the planning process, providing recommendations for suppliers and venues, optimizing schedules, etc.

For those of you who want professional handling of the entire planning process.
Your event is a significant event, so you make all the decisions. My role is to bring your visions to life and ensure a well-coordinated execution on the day. Together with my carefully selected partners, I ensure that every detail – from location to decorations and entertainment – is planned and executed to perfection. Let us create an unforgettable day while you enjoy the journey there.

Partial planning
For those of you who have planned a lot yourself, but want professional help with the final details, structure or overview.
We start with a thorough review of your planning and look at where adjustments are needed – whether it’s scheduling, supplier booking or creating a coherent theme in the design. With my expertise, I ensure that all elements harmonize, so you can go into your big day with an overview and peace of mind, knowing that nothing has been overlooked.

Coordination on the day
For those of you who have the planning under control, but want a professional to ensure a professional execution on the day.
We first meet 1-2 months before the event to go over all the details, including the schedule and booked vendors. I then optimize the plan and contact all vendors to confirm agreements and ensure a smooth execution. Two weeks before the event, we review the final plan so you can enjoy your event while I handle the day-to-day operations.
